From humble beginnings in Con Patsiotis’ first Fish n’ Chip shop in Lilydale in 1977 then on to a modest Coburg shopfront, son Theo Patsiotis has carried on a family tradition in their new North Coburg restaurant serving the freshest fish this country has to offer every day.

Blu by Australian Seafood Group opened its doors in North Coburg in April 2016 and the 200 seat venue has become an institution for the local community.

One of the only restaurants in the city to offer wholesale market fish direct to the Melbourne consumer each day, Theo and staff pride themselves on delivering the freshest and highest quality product to his loyal community of customers.
